Rosaine RZ is a baby cos or little gem lettuce, harvested all year round in most areas, with mildly flavoured, crisp and cheerful red leaves. It offers a terrific colour contrast and variety to salads and sandwiches. Normally sold in a two or three pack combination with the normal green gem varieties.
