Description
Lavender RZ is an eye-catching purple cauliflower. The purple colour is curiously vivid, extending from the top of the floret down to the stem. Its signature colour comes from the same antioxidant found in red cabbage and red wine: anthocyanin.
The head is well-covered, a uniform wrap providing uniform colouring. The curd is dense, well presented and has a smooth, rounded appearance.
Lavender is excellent for fresh market and processors.
Lavender RZ reaches maturity at around 70 days during mid-summer, and 80 days during autumn.
