Kenita RZ is a baby crunchy cos lettuce, with small leaves, a great crisp texture and sweet flavour. It has broad market potential for the convenience sector, processing as a whole head, whole-leaf, in pre-packed salads or for the hospitality sector.

Kenita RZ has excellent shelf life, the natural knox trait delays browning and pinking on the cut surfaces of the leaf and stem, making the product look fresher for longer on the shelf, and reducing waste through the whole chain.
