This year, we’ll have 85 varieties on display, selected for Australian conditions and focused on performance, efficiency and market fit. Here’s a snapshot of what you can expect to see:

New celery & cauliflower for processing
Varieties specifically bred for processing, with physical and agronomic characteristics for efficiency and ease.

Mini celery

Standout red cabbage

Crunchy cos range
From baby to midi to large — a versatile cos × iceberg concept delivering crisp texture and flexibility across segments.

High-density lettuce plantings
Showing just how far yield and labour efficiency can be pushed with the right genetics.

Next-generation spinach varieties
Selected for reliable, year-round production — supporting consistent supply across changing conditions.

Interesting leaf types
A huge range of leaf types — winter butter leaf, crystal lettuce and burger-specific leaves — alongside three-dimensional, high-volume shapes that bring colour, texture and structure to any mix.
