Supporting growers in Victoria, Australia, Stephanie specialises in brassica, lettuce and celery production.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from Latrobe University. She has applied her studies in many areas of food production and processing, from viticulture and large-scale protected cropping to salad leaf processing
Since beginning her career with Rijk Zwaan in 2006, Stephanie has worked alongside farmers across Tasmania, Queensland and Victoria. She has provided advice to growers across our entire seed range during her time, and now, with sales responsibility in Victoria, specialises in assisting them mainly with brassica, lettuce and celery production.
Stephanie is integral to our continuous trial program at various sites across Bacchus Marsh and Werribee where she works to field test new seed varieties for disease resistance, market appeal and yield at a commercial scale. She works year-round in the field with growers to plant, monitor and review commercial trials, as well as to identify solutions to issues that arise in commercial crops throughout their growing season. Her background in agronomy ensures Stephanie provides every farmer in her network with data-informed advice, and solutions to emerging issues within the large-scale field vegetable markets
