Yellow Zuppa RZ F1 is a variety of small sweet snacking capsicum. It has a pleasing, uniform conical shape and a golden yellow hue. It is crunchy, sweet, has thinner skin than other capsicums and very few seeds. It has been specially bred as a part of a range of snack-sized vegetables, to bring fresh, convenient and healthy snack food to consumers.
We have a range of sweet snack capsicums, Yellow Zuppa, Red Tatin and Orange Tarta RZ. This trio can be grown alongside each other and sold together in the premium pre-pack segment.
The plants are well balanced with good vigour to ensure consistent production in heated or unheated greenhouse cultivation.
