Blonde-green midi cos / romaine lettuce variety, produces a solid, well-shaped heart and a high percentage of usable leaves. Suited to both the whole head and processed market.

A Knox™ variety
The natural knox trait slows the oxidisiation on cut leaf surfaces, so the sliced base or cut leaves are slower to pink and brown, keeping the product fresher looking for longer and extending shelf life.

* Zone 1: Warm Growing regions include locations such as Lockyer Valley (QLD), Murray Valley (VIC/SA) and Cowra (NSW).
Zone 2: Cool Growing regions include locations such as southern Victoria and Stanthorpe (QLD).
