Manises RZ is a Lebanese-style zucchini with glossy, pale green/light skin and white flesh. The light skin contrasts with dark green calyx. It has a very slightly bulbous, eggplant-like shape - making for a very attractive heirloom-style zucchini.
It has a slightly nutty flavour, not differing greatly from the market-standard green zucchinis.
